Because it's to cold in Poland at the moment (-15 / -20C at night and -5 / -10C at day), the resto of the 58 Lowlight stopped. Hopefully it's getting a bit warmer the couple of next weeks, so they can start up work again. I really like to go with this car to the 30 Years Anniversary of the Danish Karmann Ghia Club.

Also been collecting some parts. Picked up these side-mirrors. One NOS and still boxed. Made for Karmann Ghia's by VW of America. The other one I bought through Ebay, also genuine VW. This one is a bit smaller than the mirror of VW of America, bus also has the white insert. Is going to be tough on deciding which one I'm going to mount.

Yesterday evening the owner of the restoration shop (Romi Classic Cars) picked up the Lowlight and transported it during the night to the resto workshop in Poland. Today he texted me that he safely arrived and send me some pictures.
